Good morning, you lovely people! 🥰

Lots going on at the moment, so my posting has definitely dwindled a little 🫣 But I’m still here, still baking and still taking new orders! 🧁💕

Here’s a cookie pizza I made last week to celebrate Olivia turning 17 and starting her driving lessons! 🚗🎉

Because what better way to celebrate than with a giant cookie covered in chocolate, marshmallows, sweets and sprinkles?! 😍🍪

Happy 16th birthday to my youngest! 🥹🎂❤️
I was already well into my baking journey when this little one came along, so every birthday over the years has meant multiple cakes, new designs and plenty of baking experiments!

But over the last 6 years or so, she’s wanted cakes less and less. She’s not really a cake lover… she much prefers cookies and brownies!

So this year, her birthday request was very simple…
“I want your rainbow cookie… but massive!” 😂🌈🍪

And who am I to argue?!

So here it is — a full batch of my rainbow cookie dough, baked into one enormous 10" cookie pizza! 🎉

16 years of watching this girl grow, and somehow I’m still not quite sure how we got here so quickly.
Happy 16th birthday, beautiful girl. ❤️

I hope your giant cookie is exactly what you wanted! 🍪🌈🎂



This is her at 1 day old. Her dad popped out of the hospital to grab some size appropriate baby grows (she was almost 9lbs 😱😬)

A game-loving group of friends celebrating ALL the things — a recent wedding, GCSE results, a big birthday, and most importantly, their friendship! ❤️

So what better way to bring it all together than with a giant game of Scrabble on the cake? 🎲
