It had been a while since working with fondant and there were a few choice words🤬……….but the shiny finish made it pop. I had a genius idea when planning too, I used Swiss roll for the raised segments of the brick 🤩. The smaller LEGO bricks were hand sculpted too as I was unhappy with the finish from the mould that I had. I like the unusual ones! ®

This year’s birthday brought us a girly sleep over and one request was sugar cookies!!! The birthday cake was red velvet and decorated with edible pictures of the girls (know as The Awesome Four)! The cake spec is always high when you’re making it for your daughter!!! Chapter 11 has started!
