FOUR YEARS OF THE CAKE EMPRESS. THE REBRAND. 🪽

On a sunny summer’s day in August 2022, I made a cake on a whim. I didn’t know it then, but it would change everything.

For those of you who are yet to know me personally, I’m Tinu, the owner behind The Cake Empress. Creating has always been my true passion, and cake artistry became the outlet where I finally found it.

Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been working with a brand new tech team to bring this vision to life. Weeks of editing, drafts, and revisions have led to today: a new website, a refined black and white colour palette, and a look that reflects exactly what this brand stands for. Quality. Craft. Cake art.

Many of you know me for celebration cakes, which remain part of our signature range. But in recent months, I’ve been extraordinarily fortunate to become known for something else entirely: my wedding cakes, particularly vintage-style commissions.

To my friends, my family, and every client who has supported this journey, thank you. None of this happens without you.

Four years ago, I decided to bet on myself. If there’s one thing I want anyone reading this to take away, it’s this: those who dare will win. Don’t concern yourself with what others think. No matter what cards you’ve been dealt, the choice of what you build from them is yours alone.
