This was a really challenging cake to make, the customer had a really clear list of all the different elements she wanted to me include on her cake and it was difficult to work out ways to incorporate all of her ideas without the cake going absolutely wild! This was the end result, a cake that’s totally personal to the person receiving it, so much time, love and thought went into the planning of this cake, both from the customer, and from myself making it! Happy birthday!

The cutest selection of penguin themed cakes!! The cake itself was a 6” chocolate cake covered in a layer of dedicated coconut for the ‘snow’. You can’t see from the photo, but it was also sprayed with an edible silver lustre so that it sparkled too!
