Love was in the air at Hadleigh Stars Gymnastics club tonight. Their coffee shop was stocked with lemon and passion fruit drizzle loaf, valentines school cake, heart shaped short bread biscuits and jammy dodger Victoria sponge.

Todays cake is a gin and tonic cake - a lime and juniper sponge with gin drizzle and g and t buttercream. Definitely one of my favourite flavours.

Tried a new flavour this Christmas. The is a ginger cake with a difference. A caramel gin-ger cake infused with juniper berries and gin syrup and a caramel cream cheese frosting.
