Beautiful wedding cake from the weekend. Bottom tier was a lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and the top tier was a chocolate sponge and chocolate buttercream, decorated in white chocolate ganache.

This two tier stunner was a labour of love to avoid the heat and humidity! Late nights and early mornings but all worth it! Chocolate sponge for the top tier with a chocolate buttercream filling and for the second tier my vanilla sponge, raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling. Crumbed in ganache for the support and decorated in buttercream, faux flowers, macarons and the best toppers from EOXCaketoppers.
