A perfect sunny day for a mermazing birthday celebration!🐠🧜‍♀️🐚

This is a 5” 4 layer vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream & raspberry conserve with a Belgian white chocolate ganache crumbcoat and vanilla ocean scene buttercream finish!

The brief for this cake was mermaids & the colour 🩵

I’ve been wanting to make one of these RL inspired cakes for ages so did a little happy dance when I got this request!

The customer sent an inspiration picture of a cake made by the very talented which this cake is based on.

This is a 4 layer chocolate fudge cake filled with Nutella buttercream & Nutella.
