It was such an honour to create my sister’s wedding cake, truly the most beautiful one I’ve ever made. One side was filled with strawberry jam, the other with Biscoff buttercream, all finished with vanilla and delicate fondant petals. It took a lot of time, stress, and ultimately so much joy to bring it all together. Being trusted with something so special meant the world to me.
