🍰 Quite proud of this! Triple layer gluten free chocolate sponge, I was asked to make it blue and white and to include penguins if possible! 🍰

Had a SUPER busy day yesterday at the cattle market for stockyard Saturday, back home and got baking again for James’s dad’s birthday!

He wanted a super chocolatey cake so that’s whats been done!

Chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache, topped with all manner of chocolate! 🍫🍰
