Yep, actual toast crumbled up and place inside the cookie dough, and then rolled in it..with white chocolate chips!!

A 3 layer vanilla sponge cake filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, topped with buttercream swirls, darker green grass and yellow and green sprinkles.

This cake was made and decorated as soon as we got back from being away on Friday in between all the chaos of unpacking etc... and picked up the morning after 😅
