Just a few i have done over these last few days ๐ฅต my first ever novelty cake ๐๐
Its no joke, baking in the kitchen in this heat but the appreciation has been overwhelming and makes it worth it ๐
The big clean downs before ๐ชฃ๐งน๐งฝ
then the actual baking, oven at 180ยฐ and the kitchen sitting at 35 40ยฐ if not hotter.. ๐ง๐
The decorating, with icing and butter cream turning into liquid sugar ๐ซ and me going the same way, but hang on there's more!!
I have to clean down again the beautiful cakes are sat chilling in a lovely cold fridge and i'm still melting ๐ฉ I have melted butter cream down my arms, my legs, in my hair ๐ค down the cupboards and all over the floor, flour and icing sugar in every crevice, including my crevices ๐ซฃ
sink full of awkward tools to try get clean, i can't put them in the dishwasher because it will miss shape everything ๐ฅด
Fighting through pain in my knees, my back, my hips ๐ต๐ค
But I love it and always look forward to the next project, i think have found my obsession and I'm willing myself to get better and better every time I go to the kitchen ๐๐คฉ
