This week I took on my biggest challenge ever. An order of 385 individually boxed cupcakes for Holy Trinity Church in Claygate. Not only was the actual “bake and box” part of it quite demanding, but even just sourcing items that would normally be readily available, like the cupcake cases, proved to be a mini challenge too. I’ve had a lot of enquiries as to whether I’m holding cupcake courses during the Easter holidays. I was intending to hold two or three but with the Covid19 situation changing on a daily basis, I’ve not yet made any decisions.
