Parsnip or Cake?

At first glance, you might think this is a giant parsnip fresh from the garden… but look closer 👀 — it’s actually cake!

This quirky cake is a vanilla sponge layered with buttercream and jam, carved into the shape of a parsnip, then covered in fondant for that root-vegetable finish.

This was for Gary, whose favourite vegetables are definitely not parsnips 😂 Hopefully he liked this one! 🌱
