I’ve done so many black cakes but this Mini is one of my favourites. I use the vehicle blueprints to scale down the measurements to get the proportions right build a platform to support the cake so the wheels don’t get squashed. That can take hours before I even turn the oven on - maybe if I was better at maths it would be quicker 🤔
