Another wonderful Christening cake in Peter Rabbit themes; this was a 10” vanilla Genoese sponge, raspberry jam and decorated with sugarpaste. The cabbages and cauliflowers are maltesers covered with sugarpaste, and the interior of the beehive is rice Krispy squares. It was also the blessing of his brother, whose original Peter Rabbit cake features in its own folder.

In true Peter Rabbit fashion, he had to be transported with his ears poking out!

As we know, Daddy Pig is a bit of an expert at birthdays! This is a 10” vanilla Genoese in a Peppa Pig theme. Split with strawberry jam and iced in fondant, with fondant covered blue raspberry lolly trees, it made for a cheerful party addition that Mrs Rabbit would be proud of!!

This was quite a tricky one, a 10” carrot cake, with cream cheese frosting (which is quite soft!) which didn’t need to be too decorative, but with a rugby theme for a Bath rugby fan. It’s quite tricky to put embellishments on soft icing, so I went with a folded shirt style, that allowed airbrushing of shadow detail, rather than the usual petal dust!
