Entrants must be a resident of the UK (excluding ROI) and aged 18+ to participate in the free prize draw. Competition closes 20/2/23 at 11:59. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta.
By entering this free prize draw, you confirm that you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.1. The winner will be picked at random out of the followers obliging by all free prize draw instructions. Only one entry per follower will be counted.
1.2. The winner will receive a ÂŁ100 Tesco voucher.
1.3. The winner of the free prize draw will be contacted on 20/2/23 via DM from the Creditspring account.
1.4. The name and county of the winners can be obtained after the date of the free prize draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Creditspring, 75 Davies Street, London, England, W1K 5JN.
1.5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for any other prize.
1.6. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn at random.
4. ABUSE OF THE TERMS
4.1. Creditspring has the right to refuse to award the free prize draw prize if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Creditspring suspects that a follower has not used the prize draw in good faith or has breached the rules.
4.2. Creditspring will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of the rules.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. Creditspring accepts no liability for any use of the prize draw which does not comply with the rules.
6. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
6.1. Creditspring may revise this agreement at any time by amending this post.
6.2. Creditspring reserves the right to amend, alter or change the prize for the free prize draw at any time by amending this post.
