Qi Gong is a gentle moving meditation that combines slow, flowing movements with breathing and awareness. It’s designed to help restore balance in both body and mind.
Rooted in the Five Elements, this practice works to:
✔️ Reduce stress and tension
✔️ Support overall health and wellbeing
✔️ Clear energy pathways (meridians)
✔️ Release stagnation and improve flow
All movements are done standing, but can easily be adapted to seated practice—making it suitable for all levels and abilities.

I offer deeply nurturing treatments combining Shiatsu acupressure and Reiki energy healing to support both body and mind.

🌿 What is acupressure?
Acupressure is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the body’s energy pathways (meridians). By applying light pressure to specific points, it helps release tension, improve energy flow, and encourage the body’s natural healing response.

✨ Combined with Reiki, this creates a calming, balancing experience — helping to:
• Ease physical tension and tightness
• Calm the nervous system
• Support emotional wellbeing
• Restore energy flow and inner balance

🧘‍♀️ What to expect:
Treatments are given fully clothed, lying comfortably on the floor. You’ll be supported with soft cushions, bolsters, and blankets to help you fully relax.

💗 For extra comfort and nurturing, a gently heated infrared mat can be used — especially supportive for soothing muscles and deep relaxation.

This is a quiet, safe space to unwind, let go, and reconnect with yourself.

Mondays, Chair Yoga 1.30pm-2.30pm, £28 for 4 weeks
Fun, interactive class for anybody that wants to keep moving, meet others and enjoy a lovely meditation at the end leaving calm and relaxed.
Tuesdays, Qi gong 6pm-7pm £8 drop in or £24 for 4 weeks
A gentle form of moving meditation, the class is all standing but can be seated if needed. Easy to follow, using Qi pronounced Chee, energy of the body, to bring calm and vitality to mind and body.
Wednesdays, Gentle Yoga 9.30am-10.45am, £10 drop in or£32 for 4 weeks
Gentle yoga for anyone wanting a relaxing approach to yoga, no need to be flexible, no pressure to do anything that’s not comfortable. Lovely relaxation to complete the class.

Spring Wood Element Mini Retreat 🌿

Spring is the season of new beginnings, growth, and fresh energy. In Chinese medicine, it’s the time of the Wood element — a perfect moment to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with nature.
This 3-hour mini retreat is an invitation to do just that.
We’ll begin by pulling on our boots and coats — whatever the weather — and heading outside for a gentle walk to our local woodland. Amongst the trees, we’ll practise Qi Gong, allowing the rising spring energy to move through the body, soften tension, and restore balance. Being in nature, breathing fresh air, and moving with intention helps us reconnect to ourselves and the natural world.
Afterwards, we’ll return to the garden studio, where you’ll be guided into total relaxation with a nourishing sound bath — the perfect space to rest, integrate, and absorb the energy of the afternoon.
