My name is Rachael and Short But Sweet is a small home-bakery run from my humble little kitchen in Chorley, Lancashire. ​

Everything is baked fresh to order so there may be a short lead time, please give me as much notice as possible if you are ordering for a special occasion. Visit the Shop tab to see products available to order all year round and look out for my special Taster Boxes that are av

ailable once a month (approx.). You can also find me trading at local craft/handmade fairs across the county throughout the year, dates and details will be posted on my page. You can order online via my website (www.shortbutsweetbakery.co.uk) and I also have a shop on the wonderful British Craft House website. Please get in touch if you are interested in ordering an occasion cake (birthdays/weddings) etc. Registered with Chorley Council - 5* food hygiene rating. Level 2 Food Safety certified. Sweet, shortcrust pastry with strawberry conserve, topped with almond frangipane and a white chocolate ganache. Sprinkled with freeze dried strawberries 😍

Oh hello! Vegan Basque Cheesecake 😍

So pleased with how this turned out! A vegan take on the traditional Spanish “San Sebastian” or “Burnt Basque” cheesecake 🇪🇸

It’s smooth & creamy, best served with fresh fruit or coulis 🍓🍒

Best of all it’s vegan, gluten free and nut free 💚 (contains soya)
