Hi everyone!!
Over the last 3/4 years, I have loooved making all your celebration cakes and cupcakes and it has really helped to develop my baking & decorating skills! I’ve had so much fun and have met some lovely new customers along the way, some who have definitely been regulars. I can’t thank you all enough for choosing me and contributing to my passion for baking.
Unfortunately, over the last 12 months, there have been a lot of changes in the world (& my life!). There has been a dramatic increase in prices of ingredients, toppers, supplies and energy prices! It’s been crazy. I don’t want to have to increase my prices for something I know is a luxury, and sadly I am not making any money at the moment. I am loving my full time job currently, and I need to put my time and effort into this so that I can build my future and make sure I can help provide for my little family 👫🏼🐶.
My hobby and love for baking which turned into a little side hustle has been the best. I can’t thank you all enough for how much you have supported me over the last few years! I really do have some AMAZING customers.
This has been a very difficult decision to make, and it has not come lightly, but sadly Fairey Cakes will no longer be taking orders, and I will be hanging up my apron for the foreseeable. I have a couple of orders still booked in, so do not worry these will still be going ahead!!!
Thank you so much for keeping me busy (& covered in icing sugar 24/7!🤣) I can’t wait to see where 2023 takes me and my little clan 👫🏼🐶! I’m hoping I will get the time to keep baking & actually eat some of my own bakes for once!!! 🥰
There are some lovely local cake shops & bakers in the area. Please please support them and place orders through them! You are what keeps them going, and please appreciate how much time, effort & money goes into creating your orders. I will definitely be using some of them in the future 🧁💗
