For me it’s a passion and joy. After many years of baking cakes for family celebrations I’d like to spread my wings…. and the cake love. I have a PME Diploma in Royal Icing. I like to keep up with new techniques and actively develop my skills through courses of interest to me. Not excluding our gluten free and vegan friends, I constantly research and refine recipes that deliver on taste and texture. Why should you guys miss out! The old hippy in me knows that baking in a happy kitchen = happy cakes and customers! So if you are looking for quirky, edgy, rustic or more traditional cakes that deliver the “wow” factor then Cake Fest is the place for you! Please note: Cakes can either be collected or delivered within the Bristol area (at an extra cost).
