PINK PINK PINK 🩷🌸🎀💐

Obsessed with this pink explosion for one of my regular’s last week for her daughter’s 21st.
After a dreary few months of rain, assignments & endless days wishing for summer what better way to enter into summer than with this fab creation!

I’m not usually a pink fan but I absolutely loved creating this cake, all the different shades complimented eachother perfectly, it was sad to see it leave my fridge (like all my bakes) but I’m glad to have added to somebody else’s happiness on their birthday!

UPDATE!❗️
Hey all! I just wanted to put a post out to update all my lovely customers on what’s going on right now!
As many of you might have noticed I’ve been very quiet on the baking front recently. I’m still loving baking & I’m never too far from the oven, however, I’m in my second year of uni studying to be a qualified Occupational Therapist & currently I’m on placement and I also work for a Care Agency full time when I’m not at Uni.
So with work & assignments etc I’ve been super neglecting BakesByFrankie. But I aim to be back up and at it properly during the summer!
I’ve got a few bakes due in the next couple of months so keep your eyes peeled but for now that’s all from me!

A lot of the time with bakes I never get to see the customers reactions but this time I did!

A 9” red velvet with inspiration from one of my previous cakes for my cousin & his bestfriend. We threw a surprise meal for them both & 18 of their friends and it’s safe to say the cake went down a treat!

There’s honestly nothing better than seeing something you worked so hard on make people happy, it’s definitely worth all the meltdowns & failed bakes in the past 🤞🏼

P.s yes the toppers are catching fire at the end, can happily say I wasn’t in charge of the candle placement 🤣
