After a few years of baking for fun, the benefit of my work colleagues and the odd request for a friend, I have decided to offer out my baking services!

My goddaughter asked for a Rainbow Friends cake for her 6th birthday. After clarifying that she didn't mean a rainbow coloured cake based on the TV show Friends, this is what I came up with! Of course her favourite character (that had to be on the cake) was the most awkward shape ever, but thanks to some tracing paper and a lot of patience it turned out okay!

Three layers of vanilla sponge, sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

A huge thank you to Elegant Resorts for their generous donations to Hospice of the Good Shepherd in return for cake!

We had an absolute blast in the office yesterday selling Oreo brownies, triple chocolate brownies, white chocolate blondies, jam blondies and vegan brownies and we raised over £160!

Everyone who knows me knows I LOVE Easter Baking. Everything tastes so much better with creme eggs or mini eggs added. Been in a bit of a baking lull lately but had to make sure I baked at least one thing packed with Easter chocolate.

These are mini egg cookie bars from . I used one of the large mini egg bars which quite frankly is a genius creation!

The secret is finally out - yes today is my birthday! 🤦🏻‍♀️🥳 I'm not one to shout about it or celebrate massively, but I did bake yesterday to make sure I had some tasty cake!

These are brookies from (as always!) - fudgy chocolate brownies topped with edible cookie dough, smothered in chocolate ganache and all the sprinkles!

For all (two) of you wondering what was in the air fryer last yesterday - it was brownies!!

I've wanted to try baking in the air fryer since we bought it over two years ago but wasn't really sure where to start. Thankfully did the experimenting so I didn't have to! They're fudgy on the inside with a nice crust on the outside which is exactly how I like them 😍

Made a little cake this weekend with my Mum 💜

Quite possibly the easiest cake I've ever made using just biscoff biscuits (we subbed in some ginger biscuits), milk, baking powder and biscoff spread to decorate.

First baking post of 2023 and it is a goodun!

I've wanted to make a cookie pie for months after seeing them absolutely everywhere. I used the mini egg cookie pie recipe from but amended it slightly and filled it with a whole host of leftover Christmas chocolates. We're talking mini white and dark chocolate toblerones, honeycomb matchmakers, mars and twix celebrations and some white chocolate chunks for good measure.

When you wake up on Christmas Eve to find have reduced their Brownie Yule Log recipe after you've been eyeing it up for what feels like forever then decide that, even though you already have 127 million things still to get done, that you MUST make it for Christmas Day dessert!

Still thinking about this weekend's cake 😍

Three 6" layers of Oreo hero sponge using the amazing recipe from with vanilla buttercream and Oreo cumrumbs between the layers. It's my new favourite sponge flavour by far!

Of course I had to bake last night in honour to the final! Decided on a recipe I've looked at a few times but never tried - caramel gingerbread cookie bars from and they were just as tasty as they sound!
