My first fully ganached cake and attempt at fondant draping …
I admit I was nervous doing this but am very happy with how it turned out (thank you to my lovely insta friend Nic for the tips!) .
I will definitely be doing more fully ganached cakes going forward , especially in the summer months! πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
