We’re going out foraging for some fruit this week. Blackberry picking is one of our favourite summer activities. Taste them with our home-grown apples in this week’s bakes!

Hello lovely cake family! Something a little different from me this this week.
I'm donating my hair and fundraising for the Little Princess Trust for my birthday this year. They make wigs for children and young people with cancer. I've done it twice before, once in 2016 and again in 2022. There's 5 kids running around with my hair on their heads out there.
✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️This will be the last time I do it because I'm getting older and my hair will have too much grey in it to do it again. It's also not as thick as it once was (thank you perimenopause), and it's costing me a small fortune in shampoo to grow it long enough to donate. It's driving me nuts so I'm desperate to chop it all off now but I'm trying to wait as long as possible!
