We’re making our first batches of Elderflower cordial for the year and it’s delicious! We’ve incorporated it into some of our bakes this week. We've also got a fan favourite, Gooseberry macarons, back on the menu.

This week's Macarons are inspired by the flavours of Mozartkugel. We tried these little choccy balls of delight when we visited Austria and have become addicted to them! Our Almond shells are sprinkled with pistachios and filled with a hazelnut ganache and balls of Pistachio and almond marzipan. Yum! Get yours here:
