For a simple and easy quick sugar fix.... here are Crinkle Brownie Cookies 😋
Ingredients
60g cocoa powder, sieved
200g caster sugar
60ml vegetable oil
2 large eggs
180g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
70g icing sugar
Method
Preheat oven 190C/170C fan/gas
Mix the cocoa, caster sugar and oil together. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until fully combined.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt and combine to a dough.
Roll heaped teaspoon sizes of the mixture into balls and dip into roll in a bowl of icing sugar.
Space them out on parchment covered oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
They will firm up as they cool. Transfer to wire rack. Keep for 4 days in a tin... Enjoy! 😋
