Just the 6 Christmas cakes 🎄🎂 this year!
These bad boys had been fed with brandy and spiced rum for a few months and were incredibly heavy!
Made using Mumma G’s recipe, these cakes never disappoint!
Most were covered in marzipan and icing but one is all nuts and cherries (and particularly festive I think😊)

2021 has been a busy one. I have taken on more cafes and have re trained as a tennis coach 🎾 (my other passion).
I have therefore cut back on the amount of private orders I create. But when your head coach asks for a cake you can’t say no 😂

My beautiful niece Poppy turned 6 this week and her birthday cake request was for Barbie!
The Popster loves pink, glitter and sparkles and that’s what she got!! ✨
A two tier victoria sponge, buttercream and jam covered in neon icing.

Dairy or egg intolerant? Vegan? No problem. This wholesome looking, yet very indulgent 3 layer carrot 🥕 cake and box of scones were collected this morning. I’m very critical of my bakes but both of these get top marks on flavour and texture 👍
