I’m back in the kitchen and it’s actually nice to say goodbye to those heatwaves 😅 They were pretty intense..
I only made one cake in August for family and I even ate a piece for once!

This was a cardamom, pistachio and lime cake.

With all this hot weather, I’m not sure we need to go anywhere warm but we most definitely need a holiday! 😅

We will be out of the office from the 29th of July until the 18th of August inclusive.
I will respond to all enquiries on our return.

We are fully booked for the first three weekends in September and the last two weeks of October so please get in touch a couple of months before your occasion to avoid disappointment.
