A three layered victoria sponge coated with blue shaded buttercream, fondant snowflakes, winter sprinkles and topped off with blue chocolate waves and water horse with crystal sprinkles and pearlescent spray! 😋🎂

A Frozen themed cake for an Elsa obsessed 4 year old! I really enjoyed using my new piping set to make the buttercream swirls on the dress and finishing the whole thing off with shimmering pearl white lustre!

I made this cake for the inaugural concert for the newly formed Riverhouse Barn Arts Centre choir back in December!

Being a delicate logo on a white background I had to try really hard not to make a single mistake when applying the fondant!

Congrats on a first great concert and looking forward to the next one next month!
