After 5 incredible years, It’s time to close the doors on Challis Bakery.

This has been a really difficult decision lots of things have happened behind the scenes both personally and professionally and it seems like the time is right to end this amazing journey.

We are so lucky to have worked with the most incredible small businesses supplying brownies over the past 5 years and I’m so grateful for the lessons I’ve learned and the people I’ve met.

Not forgetting sponsoring which has been one of the things I’ve been most proud of. Seeing Women’s sport and the amazing team grow has been amazing so thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your journey.

We do have a fair amount of chocolates to get through so I will do another post following this one about how you will be able to buy your brownies from us, one last time.

Thank you again for all of the love and support over the years, it hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Our guest flavour for the month is: Bourbon Biscuit!

Our classic brownie batter mixed with dark chocolate chips and layered with Bourbon Biscuits AND then another layer of our classic brownie batter baked and then topped with a bourbon biscuit!

Our Terrys chocolate orange brownie has been flying out at the moment! 🍫 🍊

Not only is it topped with Terrys but chocolate orange is also melted into the brownie batter AND terrys chunks mixed into the batter!

This past year has been crazy with the changes in the business, from the unit to new clients and I’m so excited for what’s to come! It’s the best birthday present having all the support and love for our small business!
