Sticky Maple Syrup Pecan Cinnamon Buns 🇺🇸

Inspired by classic American-style sticky buns — soft slow-proved cinnamon dough baked over a sticky maple syrup and pecan caramel base.

Rich butter. Real cinnamon. Toasted pecans.

Before cinnamon rolls became trendy, Britain already had the Chelsea Bun.

Originally made famous by the old Chelsea Bun House in London, these sticky fruit-filled buns became legendary long before modern coffee chains existed.

Rich buttery dough.
Slow proving.
Currants and fruit throughout.
Finished with a glossy sweet glaze while still warm.

This is proper old-school baking — handmade in small batches, not factory-produced.
