A 2 tiered birthday cake. Top tier is carrot cake and the bottom tier is chocolate with Swiss meringue frosting. Bottom tier is filled with raspberry jam and fresh raspberries. Then a cascade of mixed fruit all down the side of the cake. The customer did not want the outside frosted, I quite like seeing the layers.

This was a very exciting cake to make for a special 100 year old. All of his favourite things, all handmade out of cake and fondant. Rossi ice cream, fish and chips, arsenal football and a 6 inch cake all placed on top of a large tank made of cake and from his army regiment I included a beret badge on the front.

A mermaid style cake for an aerial fan. Chocolate sponge with Swiss meringue buttercream. Finished with handmade chocolate mermaid tails and shells. Finished with a personalised topper.

Doing what I love! A 1980’s themed 40th birthday cake.

A 2 tiered novelty cake. Top tier vanilla, bottom tier chocolate. Covered in neon fondant and all hand made edible decorations (except the Rubik cube🤣)
