Phew! It's been a tad warm for making cakes, but luckily these wafer paper flowers don't mind the heat. A pretty cake for my friend's mum who has just turned 80. Trust me she doesn't look it! Lemon sponge cake with lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling, covered in ganache and fondant. All the flowers were handmade with edible wafer paper by me. Happy birthday Michelle s mum! Xx

Now this one is for someone who loves crisps almost as much as me! My lovely friend Beverley asked me to make this cake for her husband Rich's 60th Birthday. A vanilla sponge cake with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling, covered in yummy white chocolate ganache and fondant. Featuring Rich's favourite things Westham and crisps. Handmade crisps, and a cheeky spud for decoration. Happy Birthday Rich xx

Happy 18th Birthday to Ellis! I cannot believe you are 18! ( I feel so old!), A girl who loves the countryside and dogs. Handmade wellies and Theo ( her dog) .
