So it’s been nearly a year since I decided to take a break from cake making.
I am considering hanging up my apron strings for good, I’ve been making cakes for 13 years now and have generally loved every minute and it’s very hard to turn down orders from so many of my loyal customers especially those who came back year after year ❤️ but alot has changed for me in the last couple of years so I think it’s time for a change.
I’m giving myself until the end of the year to make a final decision.
Crocheting is a favourite pastime of mine and a way to distract myself from the stress around me.
For the last year I was selling my crochet items at ‘The Art place ‘in Chelmsford, although they sold very very well, the price I paid for the privilege was extortionate so along with that and the loss of items by light fingered members of the community I gave up my shelf.
