May have slightly overdone it for the jubilee but when the whole street turns up you need to make sure everyone has at least one cupcake. Blue raspberry, white Victoria sandwich and red chocolate cherry.

Loved making this white chocolate and raspberry cake. This cake has homemade marshmallows and meringue kisses along with edible butterflies..... isn’t it pretty!

So following my recent Rating All Stars win I have been running a competition to win a 6” drip cake...... the correct number of macarons in the picture was 74 and with 72 being the closest guess Gemma Tremayne is the lucky winner!!
