1st birthday cake made for my niece, top tier lemon Madeira, bottom tier orange Madeira - both filled with vanilla buttercream. My daughters 1st birthday cake, Cath Kidston strawberry fields inspired giant cupcake - vanilla sponge with strawberry jam & buttercream filling......pleased with results other than buttercream brighter blue than intended!! xx
