Sometimes a cake just really gets me emotional, and special first birthday cakes get me every time. I was given a bit of free reign for this one and I am so chuffed with the result!

Absolutely loved doing this for one of my daughter's friends. A Jellycat themed cake (well two cakes as they rose so much in the oven 🤣).

Delicious chocolate fudge cakes filled and covered with milk chocolate buttercream and then coated with vanilla buttercream for the lighter colours. Complete with custom made edible Jellycat tag for the birthday girl.

Woo hoo...a different theme, and a different flavour. Inspired by a recent circus/carnival themed cake we have this cute cake for a lucky boy's first birthday.

Traditional vanilla sponge and vanilla bean buttercream were the flavours of choice.
