Omg I loved this beautiful pastel themed cake for the amazing Mole Alterations By Nicole who also altered my beautiful silver prom dress for me pic included 🩷 It was so amazing and I was so happy with my dress so it was so nice to make a cake for her birthday 🤍 Fondant flowers hand made and gold chocolate bars for deco, multi coloured piping around the top and bottom and a marble effect base 🩷💜💛

A busy but fun Saturday at the Brentwood Centre! We did so well, loads was sold and many things sold out such as our Cadbury cookies, chocolate cupcakes and school cake and not many jammy dogger or party ring cakes were left which were my favourite we got many compliments by customers and people passing the stand 🩷 We were given a bottle of Prosecco to greet us with our table which was a nice touch and the frenchies were so cute, fluffy ones, small ones, adorable. Amazing music and atmosphere and the centre got busy fast, by about 2 o’clock it was packed and we had customer after customer and many came back because they wanted more! 🍪🙈 There were free paintings so before we started I had to get some pink and blue flowers with so much glitter ✨ All the stands were brilliant not one let down throughout the whole day everyone was so kind and we were even recorded by an American Chanel who said we had the best cakes in Britain after trying some! Such a lovely group of guys 🫶🏼 we also had many other people take pictures and videos which was so fun. Loads of people took business cards for themselves and friends which was amazing. The hard work definitely payed off and I got to take a quick video of the stand before the show started and of course I had to get some cute pictures too! 🤍

We had our official inspection a couple weeks ago and I can happily say Amy Cakes got a 5 ✨ food hygiene rating!! I was so happy and relieved and this meant I was official!
A full on business now that is soon to go to my first show with my own stand on the 9th September which will be posted about soon. The pressure is on and I have hundreds of bakes to get done as well as some new bakes I’m exited for but I wasn’t going to miss the opportunity after being so kindly asked. The show will be a mix of English and Americans recording which also puts the pressure up but I’m confident and tend to work well under pressure. The venue will be posted soon, then also pictures on the day. I cant wait to set up my stand for Amy Cakes and get some pictures with all my bakes and set up! I’m so happy with this 5 ✨ hygiene rating because I’m definitely going to show it off at every opportunity I get 🙈

It was a busy day for Amy Cakes today…
First enrolling into my new collage ✔︎
Then more ingredients for the 9th ✔︎
Then more cake supply shopping ✔︎
But it’s safe to say I am extremely happy with my cake stand now and I can’t wait to see what it will look like with all my bakes on it for the Frenchie dog show! 🤍🐾

On the 9th of september Amy Cakes will be attending The Essex Vets frenchie dog show thanks to Susan Bello Pearson, Essex Vets ♡︎
I’m so grateful for this opportunity and am so excited to be going in fact taking part! My first show to attend since setting up my business and I’m really looking forward to it, it’s going to be an amazing show 🐾

I can officially say I got my Level 2 distinction in hospitality and catering (food) today!! So happy I also got it first try without having to resit! So happy with everyone of my grades today did not expect so many A’s and A*’s 🙈🤍 Congratulations to everyone else who also had their GCSE results day today just thought I’d share my hospitality and catering results and this also gives me the chance to say we are officially open! ♡︎
