Mini Egg Cheesecake 😋
Another fail as the eggs bled into the cream cheese, the cream cheese was too soft and the biscuit base had too much butter in it but that’s okay! Practice makes perfect 😊

I am very very late posting this BUT! These are all the delicious treats we made over the Christmas period 🥰

Myself and my fiancée Katie made homemade Christmas cake together as well as Mince Pies (which I wasn’t a fan of 😂)
My fiancée Katie made her delicious gingerbread and mouthwatering Baileys and Nutella Brownies which were to die for 😋
And last but not least, I made a homemade Lemon Meringue Cheesecake with homemade Meringues and it was so good! ❤️
Meringues are so easy to make! Never be afraid to try something new 🩵
