I’ve had a right sort and clear out and even found my stash of Easter eggs I’d hidden from my teenager so he wouldn’t eat them and I obviously wouldn’t find them again ….till today 🙄🤣

Anyway please take some numbers and a chance at winning a prize!!

£2 each number

Please be aware some bags contain nuts and my kitchen is not a nut free zone….😉

1st prize - 6 inch choc cake with mini eggs
2nd prize- Vicky sponge with raspberry jam, vanilla buttercream and fruits
3rd prize- Vicky sponge with raspberry jam, vanilla buttercream and fruits
4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th are each all a bag mixed with Easter eggs, chocolate brownies, chocolate orange brownies, chocolate mint brownies, bread pudding, lemon drizzle slice, coffee and walnut slice, a mix of fudge- kinder, lemon meringue, malteser, Caramac, mint aero, Biscoff, mini egg.

Bag contents can not be changed and is just a random mixed assortment.
It will all last a few days 🙂

Yikes what a busy day! So busy I didn’t get many piccies….
I was asked to cater an Organ Donation Study Day at Maidstone Hospital, catering for 150 people!

Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits for 11am.

Packed lunch at 1220pm consisting of sandwich, Tyrell’s crisps, my home made triple chocolate brownie, homemade sausage roll and a fresh apple.

Then tea, coffee, hot choc and biscuits and homemade cupcakes for 230pm.

I like to offer lots of choice so today sandwiches were;
Plain cheese
Cheese and tomato
Cheese and pickle
Ham salad
Plain ham
Ham and cheese
Chicken and bacon mayo
Coronation chicken
Egg mayo
Tuna mayo and cucumber

It was homemade egg mayo using free range eggs from Grange Road Farm shop on Lower Rainham Road. I also bought the fresh apples from there too (all 150 of them!) 😋

Today catered for vegetarian, halal, pescatarian, no pork, a nut allergy, an egg allergy, gluten free and a blue cheese allergy.

Not gonna lie, my back and feet ache after today but I loved it, I honestly love doing events and buffets ❤️

Anyone take a guess at how long the sandwiches took me to make?!!!!

But hey ho my baking excitement is over ha aha and it’s back to my London job and the office tomorrow! 🤣

What a busy day! Started at 615 this morning and did a buffet for 90 people and delivered to Lordswood Sports and Social Club for 3pm.

This is my fave buffet to do out of my menus ❤️

24 platters of food and an additional 40 cupcakes in blue and yellow 😍

Sandwiches- egg mayo, tuna mayo and cucumber, plain ham, cheese and red onion chutney
Wraps- peri peri chicken, chicken and bacon mayo, , turkey salad and cranberry, tuna mayo and sweetcorn
Pork pie
Mozzarella sticks
Spring rolls with sweet chilli
Scotch egg quarters
Breaded mini chicken fillets and dips
Crudités and dips
Cocktail sausages
Quiche
Home made Cumberland sausage rolls
Home made triple chocolate brownies
