We use the freshest free range, organic, locally and responsibly sourced ingredients that we can find, so as to guarantee that your cakes are not only ethical and considerate, but also taste as wonderful as they look. The double-layer cakes are generally 2-3" tall, 4 layer cakes are 4-5" so you could get double the amount of portions if needed :)
