Every now and then, I love looking back at past work. This bold cake at Elmore Court was an absolute joy to create—dramatic on the outside, and pure comfort on the inside.
For me, autumn and winter weddings are all about creating a menu that feels like a warm hug. Whether that’s a luxury carrot cake laced with spices, ginger, and rum, a classic sticky toffee, or rich chocolate orange, seasonal flavours make the day so memorable for your guests.

Moments like this remind me exactly why I do what I do.
Receiving a message like this from a lovely couple after last weekend’s wedding absolutely melted my heart. Being a part of such a special day is a true privilege, and I am beyond grateful for every single couple who trusts me with their big day.
