I was waiting to start properly trading until my kitchen was inspected. This morning the council have been and I finished the inspection with a grade 5 which I am very happy about! so I will now start trading on a regular basis 🥰

This is a 4 layer 8 inch coffee sponge with a coffee semi-naked buttercream, dusted with cocoa powder on top and piping.
