After a bit of a hiatus I’m in my happy place baking again! Kicking things off with this elegant black and gold two tier celebration 40th birthday cake! A bit of a challenge as it’s also my first egg free cake! Lots of cake experiments before deciding on the recipe to use for this one! vanilla recipe was hands down the best!

Shoutout to my colleague and fellow baking queen for the next level gold dust! I shall be buying some too from 💕

A square cake for a my eldest who I can’t believe is 17 this week 🥺 💕The only thing this cake needed to be was chocolate! Under the fondant there are layers of chocolate mud cake all encased in dark chocolate ganache.

This is a cake that I have been saving to share with you all as it’s very special to me. Thank you to and .naz123 for trusting me with this 💕I absolutely loved creating this. Here you have two swiss meringue buttercream covered tiers filled with salted caramel and double chocolate chip flavours. Under the clear snowy dome sits a handmade fondant frame with birthday boy’s picture and a chocolate number 1. Penguins are cake pop lollies decorated to look like they are ready for a party. Peppermint meringue trees dusted with sparkle dust and sprinkle baubles finish off this winter wonderland beauty.

Not a dalek but a galaxy cake with a Dr Who theme for my youngest who is 11 today. Well worth the long nights to see the surprises and smiles! Under all the airbrushing and fondant is a ganache covered chocolate mud cake.

Full of colours and fun. Loved making all the elements for this caramel drip cake. Stripes are my new favourite cake decorating technique 🥰 Salted caramel flavoured sponges filled with salted caramel filling. The setup was perfect xx
