As you may know I supply the Britwell Salome Farm Shop with yummy cakes and sweet treats.
Last week the commissioned me to make a cake for Keith as he is retiring.
The brief was a butchers inspired cake and this was my creation.
Vanilla sponges filled with vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant. All hand painted with handmade fondant details.

What a magical day it was.

I had the pleasure of making the cake for the wedding of Becca and Drew.
The reception was held at the beautiful Beyond the Woodland Country Club Oxfordshire

The brief for the cake was white and sage green marbled fondant, bark effect and artificial flowers to match the brides bouquet.
The cake was made from vanilla and chocolate sponges.

Can't believe Jessica is 12 already.

I vividly remember making her 8th birthday cake when I first started out.

The stylish cake is made from red velet sponges. Filled and covered with a vanilla bean buttercream.
Hand painted in leopard print with lustre dust, buttercream frills and gold and black sprinkles

Kylah turns 18

The brief for this cake was rose gold, glitter, butterflies, champagne and flowers.
This 2 tier cake is made from rainbow coloured vanilla sponges.
Filled and covered with jam and vanilla bean buttercream.
The top tier is painted with rose gold glitter.
The bottom tier is decorated with a rose gold stencil.
The cake is then decorated with all the elements in the brief.
