I've finally remembered to put up photos of my most recent cakes. I really enjoyed making them all, especially as I've decided to take a break from cake decorating while I settle into my new job and routine. Thank you for all your support, I loved doing it!

I had a go at making a Prinsesstårta at the weekend. It's a Swedish cake with sponge, jam, vanilla custard and cream, all covered in marzipan. Apart from the lean I'm pretty pleased with the result, and it tasted great too.

Absolutely loving this wonder willow cake and cupcakes. What a fantastic birthday theme!!
