A bit of a long read, but one from the heart, as always.
I’m a big believer in being transparent, and admitting it really isn’t easy for this industry and those alike, at the moment. We’ve seen so many posts from our fellow Bakeries / Cafes, saying it’s tough for them right now. Nobody’s alone in this.🫶🏼

We appreciate you SO much. Days like today, and the past few weeks, are keeping that passion & spark alive for us.♥️ We’ve had so many new faces in the bakery recently, saying they’ve been told they must visit by a friend. Thank you!🥺 We will continue to try bake you the very best, every single week, and just wanted you to know just how much we appreciate you all for keeping us busy.

For those that have seen our story, you’ll have seen we teased something new whilst making our in-house-made custard. Creme Brûlée Cookies & Cheesecakes!!!!😩😍🤤
For the photos, I brûléed the sugar, but we’ll re-do this in the morning too. 😍 (Best eaten asap as the sugar will start to soften pretty fast, same great taste either way though😉)

We’ve also got NEW Wagon Wheels, made with brown butter cookies😮‍💨 We’ve chosen to leave these ‘naked’ to save you some ££, as the VAT man HATES a chocolate covered biscuit after it’s baked. IYKYK x
