Fridays: 07:00am–17:00
Saturdays: 07:00am–16:00

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly individual to join our team and help keep things running smoothly on Fridays and Saturdays. At Taylor’s Treats, we pride ourselves on having incredibly high standards both for our products, and also our service. This is a varied role, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to get stuck into everything.
And, importantly, someone who can have a laugh along the way… we survive on lols (and great coffees)😂
The role entails:
🔘Opening and closing the shop
🔘Setting up our counter
🔘Serving customers and providing friendly, welcoming service
🔘Barista duties: Friday: 11am-4pm Saturday: 11am–3pm
🔘Cleaning and keeping the bakery/front of house organised
🔘Restocking and general day-to-day jobs
🔘Working independently when needed, as well as being part of the team
There’s also the opportunity to pick up extra hours during the week, helping us make cookies and other bakes. These weekday hours can be really flexible and can include evenings if that works better for you.
The successful candidate will be:
✨18+
✨Punctual and reliable. Early starts mean we need someone we can count on!
✨Hardworking with a great work ethic
✨Friendly and confident with customers
✨Able to manage their time well and use their initiative
✨Happy working as part of a team
✨Comfortable working in a busy environment at peak times
✨A trained barista (desirable, but not essential)
✨Familiar with Food Safety (desirable, although training will be provided)
✨Willing to learn and get stuck in
✨And, of course, be able to have a laugh!😂
