✨ A huge thank you! ✨
We’ve been absolutely overwhelmed by the incredible response to our recent job advertisement. Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to apply and show an interest in joining our team. ❤️

Unfortunately, we received so many applications that we haven’t been able to respond to everyone individually, and we’re sorry that we couldn’t get back to you all.

We’re delighted to welcome Grace and Tiff as our two new starters! 🥰 We’re so excited to have you both join the team and can’t wait to see what you bring to the business. 💕

And finally… we may have another Sunday position becoming available in a few weeks! 👀

We’ll keep all the applications we’ve received and revisit them when we’re ready to recruit again, so if you’ve applied this time, please keep an eye out for future updates.

Thank you again to everyone who applied — we really appreciate your interest and support! 🫶

A little throwback for you ☕️😂
A while back we convinced Brooke to make a latte blindfolded... and she somehow agreed.
We'll let you decide how she did 👀
We've got plenty more of these team challenge videos coming, so keep an eye out to see who's brave (or silly) enough to go next.
👇 Be honest... would you trust Brooke to make your coffee?

A little behind-the-scenes of today’s quiche making 🥧✨
From rolling pastry to filling each quiche by hand, here’s how today’s flavours came together:
🌶️ Chorizo, mature cheddar & tomato
🍠 Sweet potato, caramelised onion & feta
Which one are you reaching for? 👇

Sundays are made for taste testing 🍂☕️
Today’s experiment: our homemade toasted marshmallow syrup 🤎🔥
Jess tried it in a matcha, Vic a latte… and Evie got involved too with a hot chocolate (sadly, she wasn’t on camera 😂).

We are putting the finishing touches to our Autumn Menu 🍁✨
Now we need YOU…
What do you want to see on the autumn menu? 👇
Your dream cosy drink, flavour combo or autumn treat — throw your ideas at us! We might just make it happen 👀🤎

With the recent reports of salmonella food poisoning linked to imported eggs, we wanted to reassure our customers that the eggs we use have always come from trusted local British suppliers.
We proudly use fresh free-range eggs from Yorkshire, currently supplied by Ian Taylor, and we remain committed to sourcing quality local ingredients wherever possible.
Every cake, custard, quiche, pastry and handmade treat we produce is made with the same care, quality and traceability that our customers have come to expect from us.
Thank you for continuing to support local businesses and local farmers. ❤️
