We are very sad to note this morning our Martin House Charity box has been stolen. Our business and our customers have raised a lot of money for this charity over the years and this is the first time this has happened, such a shame during what should be a happy festive time of the year. This charity is close to our hearts and fortunately the box had recently been emptied and sent off to the charity so luckily there wasn’t much in. A note also to other small local businesses to be vigilant.

GOOD NEWS!! The bakery shop will be back up and running as usual this Thursday (13th). Big thank you to our brilliant builder friends for sorting us out until we get our new shop front. Usual opening hours from 7.30am. Thank you again for the kind words and shares on Facebook to get the word out. Look forward to seeing you all again soon!

*PLEASE SHARE* Unfortunately we will have to close our shop until further notice while we arrange necessary repairs. If anyone has a regular order placed and would still like to collect their order, please message us via Facebook no later than 2pm the day before and we can arrange for you to collect your order from the bakery (to the rear of the shop) between 7am-9am. We understand that a lot of our elderly customers won’t see this post so we would really appreciate if you have family to please let them know to save them a wasted journey. Thank you for all your kind messages and support ❤️

*PLEASE SHARE* OUR SHOP IS STILL OPEN USING THE REAR ENTRANCE
Unfortunately a high speed police chase has resulted in a vehicle colliding with our shop front early this morning. Therefore we cannot open the shutters. We will however be able to serve using the rear entrance by the car park behind our shop. Orders can still be collected as usual before 11am. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Due to accident on the street yesterday the road outside our shop is closed and therefore our shop will be closed today. Sorry for any inconvenience. The phone lines are down so please can wholesale orders use the office phone line to place their orders for tomorrow.

🎄🎄🎄Thank you to everyone for all your custom today and throughout the year. Our bakers and staff have been busier than ever but now the craziness is over they will be having a well earned rest.

Apologies to everyone who has tried phoning in their Xmas orders! It appears our phone line is down and BT won’t be out to fix it until early January. If you would like to order for tomorrow we can take orders via Facebook message up until 1pm today. For orders any other day please order before 2pm the day before. We have a record number of orders placed so make sure to order to avoid disappointment. We’re very grateful for all your orders and thank you for your support this year.
