New this weekend- we’re bringing a southern Texas staple to Carrickfergus 🙌💙

It consists of brown butter cookie dough, toasted pecans, and a gooey drizzle of salted caramel. 🌰🍪
Sweet, nutty, buttery, and nostalgic. It’s also impossible to eat just one!

A few returning favourites including our Philly cheesesteak savoury croissant and cereal milk cruffin along with some brand new treats including

The courtyard was full & buzzing yesterday and we loved every second of it 🙌✨

Thank you for showing up, queuing patiently, and making Saturdays at Maison feel so special 💙

Our new menu lands later today, and it’s one I’m especially excited about. After a little midweek trip away, I’ve come back feeling inspired, refreshed, and full of new ideas. I can’t wait to share these new bakes with you all!
