Nichola is based in Antrim and her cakes are out of this world - so much so that she has been nominated and won awards. Please like her page and consider her for your celebration cakes. It is with a heavy heart that I let you know that I will be taking an extended break from the business for the foreseeable future and do not know at this stage if I will be closing it completely. The orders that have been secured with a deposit will go ahead however from now I will not be taking any further orders. This has been a very difficult year for me after losing my mum in February and has taught me that life is too short. I want to spend my free time with my family not in the kitchen! I have agonised over this decision for months but my mind was made up when my daughters told me that I never have any time to spend with them. I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to my customers over the past 4 years, especially those who come back every year and who I have formed friendships with. Thank you for showing me that I could do it and I could do it well - with help from my very patient and talented husband, of course! Keep an eye out for the last of my cakes over the next couple of months xx
